As a Consulting Intern, you will gain client-facing experience, take on leadership responsibilities within your team and contribute to the development of impactful client deliverables. Additionally, you will support internal initiatives and business development efforts. This hybrid role requires in-office presence (2 days a week) in New York City office.

Day in the Life

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry-specific and organizational challenges, with a particular focus on healthcare and the pharmaceutical sector. This includes evaluating business strategy, corporate performance, market access dynamics, operational best practices, and industry trend
  • Leverage data analytics to develop insights and solutions 
  • Work collaboratively with project teams across U.S. and Europe, contributing to enhance healthcare innovation
  • Participate in team workshops to develop client recommendations
  • Engage in internal and/or external projects to support the growth of our U.S. organization while gaining hands-on consulting experience

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $ 3,000 to $ 4,000 per month and placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Progress towards or completed degree with a preferred major in Data Science, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business Information Technology, Project and Innovation Management, Healthcare or a comparable field.
  • Prior finance, healthcare or consulting internships are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality.
  • Eagerness to develop new skills.
  • Analytical mindset and process oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Language skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English (German nice to have).
  • Minimum of 2 months full-time availability.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Science, with a strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision
  • Ability to organize workstreams effectively and adhere to project deadlines
