Managing Consultant – AI-Powered Change Management

About Us

We're Campana & Schott U.S., a Life Sciences consulting boutique building something that doesn't exist yet: an AI-first change management practice with a client-facing adoption platform and AI agents that stay with clients after we leave.

As a Managing Consultant - AI-Powered Change Management in New York, you'll own the build, the sales, and the client delivery. Simultaneously. On real projects.

This role is on the Associate VP track — tied to performance, not the calendar.

Our Values

Passion
We approach every single project with enthusiasm – we thrive on new challenges and taking the perspective of our clients and their people.
Diversity
We value the diversity of the people in our company – irrespective of nationality, family situation, sexual orientation, religion, or age. Our diversity benefits us all – we want to see things from your perspective!
Respect
We treat each other with respect and as equals – regardless of our age, position in the hierarchy, or role in the company. We’re all on first name terms and are always available for our colleagues.

This is you

  • Consultant with 7–10 years of experience who has been quietly building AI tools on the side because your current firm is too slow. You've sold work before and liked it. You know pharma or life sciences well enough to hold a credible conversation with a CCO.

This is not you

  • You need a team to ship something. You prefer decks over demos. You need a blueprint before you start working.

What you'll get

You start embedded in one of our existing practice teams — real clients, real projects from day one. P&L ownership and AVP title come when the business warrants it, not on a fixed calendar.

Professional & Personal
You can expect excellent project work and a trusting atmosphere with your colleagues supervisors where you are challenged to contribute to impactful projects across the Project, Program, and Portfolio Management service spectrum of our NY-based team.

Live Collaboration
Mentoring from senior professionals and engagement in an active exchange of knowledge with over 600 consultants worldwide in forums and special expertise groups.
